Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC) further to Appendix 4C for 30 September 2020 quarter lodged on 27 October 2020, releases an amendment to the Appendix 4C Cash Flow Report.
The attached Appendix 4C reflects a correction to Section 6 of the Cashflow Statement due to incorrect calculation of total related party payment contained within.
Further, in addition to the business update commentary that was provided on 27 October 2020, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 4.7C and as noted in the amended item 6 of the Company’s Appendix 4C Cashflow Statement lodged by the Company, payments made to related parties and their associates totalled $362,000 for the quarter. The payments relate to Directors’ remuneration and consulting fees.
