Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 3.00 pm (AEDT) on Monday, 20 November 2023. This updated notice replaces the previous date advised with the release of the Company’s 2023 Annual Report on 24 August 2023.
