About the Role

Utilise your existing knowledge of healthcare workflows to take responsibility for our global product demonstration environment.

In this pre-sales role, you will be a member of the Marketing and Partnership team and take responsibility for our global product demonstration environment which is a pivotal component of our sales process.  Our demonstration environment incorporates all products, populated with demonstration data and configured to align with expected customer workflows.  The environment is used to support all regions, that is, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Your existing knowledge of healthcare workflows will mean that you can document scenarios and update and maintain the configuration of the software to align with customer requests.  You will work closely with the Product and Integration Teams to ensure that the demonstration environment is current in terms of releases and features.  This role will also see you supporting our global sales team by ensuring that the demonstration environment is always available to present our products appropriately.

Your role will be fast paced and exciting, with new challenges and opportunities along the way. Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordination of functional components of Alcidion’s product suite in the demonstration environment
  • Maintain the product demonstration environment, for example, ensuring currency with product releases and configuration advances, managing demonstration data, establishing demonstration scenarios and patient records
  • Develop presentation materials and videos
  • Documenting generic healthcare workflow scenarios
  • Providing support for Alcidion’s Sales and Marketing activities globally
  • Other duties as required

About You

The Product Demonstration Coordinator role provides an exciting opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career in the health sector that has already established an understanding of clinical and operational workflows and is interested in progressing their growth in the digital health domain.

To be successful in this role, you will need to work well in a team or autonomously and be engaging, confident and flexible in your working style. You will have strong attention to detail, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

  • Understanding of clinical and operational workflows and roles in healthcare
  • Practical experience required in the following:
    • Health information management
    • Digital healthcare solutions
    • Pre-Sales / Sales Support
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional people skills to successfully engage and co-ordinate a virtual team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
