Personal Assistant to the UK Senior Management Team

We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join us on a full-time basis, as soon as possible. This opportunity is open to flexible working arrangements with a combination of both working from home and in our Burnley office.

You will work closely with and report to the UK Managing Director, providing timely and professional support to the UK Senior Management Team who look after the Operations, Sales and Service Delivery. You will be responsible for executing all administrative tasks impeccably with high attention to detail and play a pivotal role in ensuring that the team are able to operate at a high level and are on track to achieve their goals. Although this is not a technical role, an affinity for technology and understanding of integration is highly desirable.

Day to day you will:

  • Support the senior management team, ensuring they are focused on key tasks
  • Manage diaries, changes and updates as they occur. Ensuring the team are aligned and attending necessary meetings
  • Organise travel, meetings and events
  • Take minutes, following up on actions ensuring priorities are being managed, produce reports and presentations

Projects you will be working on include the coordination of our next UK team event!

About You

You work well in a team or autonomously and you are engaging, confident and flexible in your working style. You have strong attention to detail, and time management skills.

Your background includes:

  • Experience of working alongside senior leadership in a supporting role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and exercise tact and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Experience identifying and resolving problems independently and proactively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, namely Word, Excel and Outlook
