About the Role

We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Commercial team on a full-time basis, based at our Burnley office. This is an entry level opportunity for the right person to gain hands-on experience in all areas of sales and marketing activities in line with the strategic plan.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and events aimed at maximising company exposure, new business growth and customer retention. Although this is not a technical role, an affinity for technology and understanding of the impact of IT on the business and customer needs is highly desirable.

Day to day you will:

  • Oversee marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organise conferences and events
  • Support the sales team with sales and marketing administration tasks

Projects you will be working on include the coordination and oversight of our customer user group, marketing campaigns, events and sales of our flagship product Miya Precision, which digitises the patient care processes and records and Smartpage, our secure collaboration and task management product.
