UK Product Implementation Manager

We are currently seeking a UK Product Implementation Manager to join us on a full-time basis. You will use your healthcare experience to coordinate a cross-functional team to provide direct resources enabling delivery, BAU and commercial activities. The role will provide an authority on prioritisation of activities and ensure smooth activities in the respective domains of the business. Your team will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting our software solutions. You will work directly with customers and must be competent in liaising with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels, as well as technical teams, product and business owners. You will provide a range of technical, clinical, business, consulting and product expertise on our suite of solutions. 

Day to day you will: 

  • Provide guidance to direct reports with respect to product strategy, priorities and development approach 
  • Act as an escalation point to resolve resource allocation queries, either requirement or prioritisation 
  • Work directly with the wider team to understand short and medium-term workload, and pro-actively manage pipeline of activity

Your background includes: 

  • Experience in a similar role, relating to software implementation in acute hospital settings 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills  
  • A passion for making a difference to the provision of healthcare using technology. 
  • Clinical or IT qualification 
  • An understanding of the NHS and broader UK healthcare environments
