Alcidion are delighted to announce the appointment of Florian Stroehle as Director of Strategy and Business Development from 1 March 2022. Florian will be based in our Auckland office.
Florian joins Alcidion with over 12 years of experience in strategy, sales management and partner channel management, and has worked collaboratively with healthcare organisations in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, US, Canada, France, Switzerland and Germany to deliver transformative outcomes.
During this time, Florian has developed a deep understanding of the ANZ digital health context, including business and clinical processes. He is passionate about helping healthcare executives solve complex problems to incrementally improve the safe, effective and efficient running of our health system. Florian believes in the power of digital tools to enable equity of healthcare access and their key role in supporting clinicians in their day-to-day workflow, saving time and enabling better decisions in support of patient care.
As a member of Alcidion’s senior leadership team, Florian will continue to develop and refine the Alcidion go to market strategy collaboratively with its product development and marketing teams, work on expansion into new territories and manage the ANZ sales and business development team.
Florian will work closely with Alcidion’s customers and the wider healthcare sector to align Alcidion’s strategy and products with their requirements, with a strong focus on relationships and partnership development.
