VICTORIA WEEKES

Victoria is an accomplished non-executive director with experience across a diverse range of industries built on a successful executive career in investment markets and financial services.
Victoria’s 30 years of experience in the finance and banking sector includes C-suite roles as a Managing Director at Citigroup and Executive General Manager at Westpac, non-executive roles as Chair of OnePath Custodians and as a director of URB Investments (ASX:URB) and eTrade Australia. Most recently, she has joined the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank board and is Chair of their Risk Committee.
As the immediate past Chair of the Sydney Local Health District, Victoria has a deep understanding of the healthcare sector where she served as Chair of its Education & Research Committee and Deputy Chair.
Recognised for her specialist expertise in risk management and regulation having led organisations through strategic issue management and transformational change, Victoria is Deputy Chair of the ASIC Markets Disciplinary Panel, immediate past Chair of the NSW Treasury Audit & Risk Committee and President of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
Victoria is also the current Deputy Chair of St George Community Housing, NSW’s largest non-government community and affordable housing provider and a member of the Council of the State Library of NSW.
Her previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Chair of ANZ Trustees, Audit & Risk Chair of the Urban Growth Development Corporation of NSW and Chair of the Australian Gender Equality Council.
Victoria holds a Bachelors Commerce and Law from UNSW, is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Banker.
