The Future of Care is Virtual

Alcidion’s Virtual Care solution was developed in collaboration with a team of clinicians to support the virtual care experience and determine the relevant criteria and protocol support needed to build effective virtual care pathways to monitor patients remotely. 

The Virtual Care solution guides patients to participate in activities to monitor their health, from post-acute care in the home, through to management of patients with chronic conditions. The care team can quickly configure a regime for the patient by assigning them a predefined care protocol which can be customised to meet specific needs.  Patients also receive reminders to record vital signs with smart monitoring devices, complete symptom check surveys or other activities.
